1. Agreement

By accessing or using services provided by Liam Visionary AI Consultancy & Development ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide AI consulting, software development, automation systems, and related technology services. This includes tools and integrations built for client use, such as social media automation, content management, and AI-powered workflows.

3. Use of Our Tools

Tools and applications we build or provide are intended for lawful use only. You agree not to use our services or tools to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Post or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party platform terms of service
  • Interfere with or disrupt any systems or networks

4. Third-Party Services

Our tools may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, OpenAI). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or restrictions.

5. API Credentials

You are responsible for the security of your own API keys, tokens, and credentials. We do not store client credentials on our servers. All configuration is local to your environment.

6. Intellectual Property

Custom work produced for clients belongs to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or tools, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
